Bandits Forward Set to Join Huskies in the Fall of 2017

BRIDGEWATER, MA -- Mike Taormina, a forward for the Boston Bandits, has committed to the University of Southern Maine for the Fall of 2017. Taormina re-joined the Bandits in January, and tallied a goal and an assist in 11 total games.

"Mike has been with us for a long time, developing and moving up the ladder," said Bandits head coach Scott Drevitch. "He brings passion for the sport and works extremely hard at his game, Mike will be a good addition for Coach Harding.”

Taormina is one of two EHL players that have committed to join the Huskies this Fall, as Adam Papayoanou of the Philadelphia Jr. Flyers made has decision back in February.
