Teaming Up Under the USA Hockey Ladder of Development

HAMDEN, CT -- The Connecticut Oilers, members of the Eastern Hockey League (EHL) are proud to announce their affiliation with the New Jersey Renegades of the Eastern Hockey League Premier (EHLP). This affiliation will provide both clubs a working relationship to develop and move players up the USA Hockey Ladder of Development. The Oilers have done a great job over the years to provide an atmosphere for their aspiring players to advance through the EHL and the USA Junior Hockey system.

“Cliff [Graziano] and I have a similar mindset about the proper development of players and we will be working together to move kids to the proper levels of junior hockey as well as college, prep school, and the professional ranks,” said Oilers head coach Karl Linden.

The Oilers strive to move players on to the NCAA Division I, II, and III schools, as well as ACHA college programs. They've also helped players advance to the USHL, NAHL, the professional ranks. They pride themselves on training student-athletes in a learning environment as well as teaching the players the values of responsibility, accountability for their actions, and discipline to the classroom as well as their athletic training.
