RoughRiders Alum Takes Home League Honors

WINTHROP, MA -- Alex Wilkinson, an alum of the Connecticut RoughRiders, has been named the 2018 Atlantic Hockey Defenseman of the Year. Following a great sophomore season at Army, Wilkinson was also named to the All-Conference First Team. The '95 from Raleigh, NC finished second in all of Atlantic Hockey with 14 total power-play points.

Looking back at Wilkinson's time with the RoughRiders, the skilled defenseman tallied 111 points in 141 career games in the EHL. It's very clear that the Wilkinson has only continued developing over his first two seasons with Army West Point.
