Despite 49 Total Games, No Changes at the Top

BOSTON, MA -- Another week in the books, and one more showcase checked off in both the Eastern Hockey League (EHL) and the Eastern Hockey League Premier (EHLP). The past seven days featured 27 games in the EHL, 22 games in the EHLP, and a number of big matchups to watch.

Despite all the action, there are no changes in this week's EHL Power Rankings. Both the Vermont Lumberjacks (3-0-0) and the Seahawks Hockey Club (2-0-0) posted perfect records this past week, to maintain their grip on the top two spots.

As for the EHLP, the Philadelphia Little Flyers won all three of their matchups at the November Showcase, and that included a 2-1 victory over the third-ranked Boston Jr. Rangers. The showcase showdown was a potential preview for a matchup that we may see in March at the EHL Frozen Finals.

The week ahead includes another handful of intriguing matchups, with teams like the East Coast Wizards (EHL) and the Railers Jr. Hockey Club (EHLP) looking to crack their way into the rankings for the first time this season.
