Playoff Races Heating Up As We Enter February

BOSTON, MA -- We're down to just five weeks remaining on the regular season schedules in the Eastern Hockey League (EHL) and the Eastern Hockey League Premier (EHLP).

This upcoming week, there is action on every day through Sunday, starting this morning at 11:30am. The full schedule includes 26 combined games between the EHL and the EHLP, as we officially turn the calendars over to the month of February.

In the EHL, this week's HockeyTV Game of the Week puts the Philadelphia Jr. Flyers up against the Philadelphia Little Flyers for the 6th and final time in the regular season. Each of the previous five matchups were decided by just a single goal, with the Jr. Flyers holding a slight 3-2 edge over their rival.

As for the EHLP, things are tight at the top of both the New England Conference and the Mid-Atlantic Conference. No team has more than 10 games remaining in the regular season, pushing the sense of urgency for every point down the stretch. For matchups to watch this weekend, be sure to circle New Hampshire Avalanche--Walpole Express on Friday, New England Wolves--Vermont Lumberjacks on Saturday, and New Jersey 87s--Philadelphia Revolution on Sunday.

Below you'll find the full upcoming schedules through Sunday the 2nd, and the next set of Warrior Hockey Stars of the Week will be released on Monday the 3rd.

Remember to catch the #Eshow all season long on HockeyTV.
