Rangers Own Top Spots Entering Final Week of the Regular Season

BOSTON, MA -- It's hard to believe that we've reached the final week of the regular season in the Eastern Hockey League (EHL) and the Eastern Hockey League Premier (EHLP).

In the EHL, not much has changed at the top of the rankings, as the conference champions still sit at #1 (Boston Jr. Rangers) and #2 (New Jersey 87s). Following them are the Vermont Lumberjacks and New Hampshire Avalanche, who are each playing well heading into the postseason.

As for the 5th and final spot, the Philadelphia Revolution have won five straight games, and are emerging as one of the favorites to come out of the Mid-Atlantic Conference and advance to the EHL Frozen Finals.

As for the EHLP, the New Hampshire Avalanche moved back inside the top-three after picking up wins over the Boston Jr. Rangers and the New England Wolves.

Speaking of the Rangers, the EHLP team followed suit with their EHL team, clinching the top seed in the New England Conference.

Rounding out the top three teams are the defending champion Wolves, who despite dropping a game, have still won 14 of their last 15 contests.
