The Penalty Box Foundation’s mission is to help those within the hockey community who have experienced a catastrophic event.

"I'm beyond excited to renew the league's partnership with The Penalty Box Foundation for another season," said Neil Ravin, the Associate Commissioner of the EHL. "It's truly an honor to partner with an organization that is doing so much for the hockey community. I'm not the only person that calls the hockey community a 'family' and The Penalty Box Foundation embraces that mentality. To see the way Drew and everybody else at The Penalty Box Foundation stepped up to help out Brian Page this past season was truly incredible, and that's just one example of the impact they've made."

As part of the partnership, The Penalty Box Foundation will maintain their placement as the presenting sponsor of the #EShow podcast, along with the majority of the video content that gets posted on the league's YouTube Channel.

“We are beyond excited to continue our partnership with the EHL,” said Drew Laine, the CEO and Founder of The Penalty Box Foundation. “Last season presented numerous obstacles and hurdles for the league to overcome, and it was beyond admirable to see them reach the finish line. We’re looking to help the league set the bar even higher with another milestone season."

One new element that is being added to the partnership this season is an #EShow Coaches and Staff game which will take place at the end of the first day of the 2021 EHL All-Star Classic.

All of the coaches and staff that sign up, will be participating in an effort to continue to raise money for The Penalty Box Foundation, and any future member of the hockey family that needs help or assistance.
