Wolves Forward Set to Join Rams this Fall

LACONIA, NH -- Bobby Bernier, a forward for the New England Wolves, has committed to Framingham State University for the fall of 2022.

The '01 native of Allen, TX came to the Eastern Hockey League (EHL) for his final season of junior hockey, and in 38 total games for the Wolves, Bernier has registered 18 points to his credit.

"We're very happy for Bobby," said Wolves head coach Tim Kunes. "At the beginning of the season his goal was to get committed to an NCAA program and we're very proud to have helped him accomplish that goal. Framingham is getting a very intelligent hockey player and a great kid."

Bernier is the 2nd EHL player to choose the Rams this season, and the 2nd member of the Wolves. This fall, Bernier will head off to Framingham State with Jack Ennis, a three-year veteran defenseman for New England.

Now, looking forward, Bernier and Ennis will look to help the Wolves remain as one of the hottest teams in the EHL. Winners of eight of their last 11 games, the Wolves have climbed their way up to 2nd place in the North Division.
