BOSTON, MA -- Week #12 Eastern Hockey League (EHL) and the Eastern Hockey League Premier (EHLP) Stars of the Week for November 22nd through December 3rd are presented by Hockey Night in Boston.

North Division

Cam Wickens - Vermont Lumberjacks (G)

The EHL is pleased to announce goaltender Cam Wickens of the Vermont Lumberjacks as the North Division Star of the Week. The ’04 native of Revere, MA went 2-0-0 in two impressive starts for the Lumberjacks over the weekend. Wickens helped the Lumberjacks beat the Seacoast Spartans in back-to-back games winning by scores of 3-1 and 3-2. Wickens allowed just three total goals while making 72 saves. Through 10 starts with Vermont this season, Wickens is 5-5-0 with a 3.33 GAA. Next up, the Lumberjacks will face off against the New Jersey Bears on December 12th at the Newington Showcase.

East Division

Hudson Perry - Express Hockey Club (F)

The EHL is pleased to announce forward Hudson Perry from the Express Hockey Club as the East Division Star of the Week. Perry, an ’04 native of Nantucket, MA, helped his team go 2-0-0 this past week. He had two goals in a 7-4 win over the Seahawks Hockey Club and chipped in one assist in a 6-5 shootout win over the East Coast Wizards. Through 17 games played, Perry has seven goals and seven assists. The Express have won four straight and have been rolling as of late. They hope to keep it going Wednesday when they take on the Bridgewater Bandits at 12-noon at the Bridgewater Ice Arena.

Central Division

William Woodruff - Providence Hockey Club (F)

The Central Division Star of the Week for the EHL is forward William Woodruff from Providence Hockey Club. The ’03 native of Bloomingdale, NY had three goals and an assist in two games last week. Woodruff had a goal and an assist in a 7-1 win over the Valley Jr. Warriors and two goals in a 6-5 loss to the Connecticut Chiefs. In 17 games so far for Providence, Woodruff has five goals and four assists. Next up, they will take on the Connecticut RoughRiders in back-to-back games this Thursday and Friday at the SoNo Ice House.

South Division

Landon Adams - New Jersey 87's (F)

The South Division Star of the Week in the EHL is New Jersey 87’s forward Landon Adams. Adams, an ’04 native of St. Paul, MN, helped his team go 2-0-0 last week contributing four goals and one assist. He had two goals and an assist in a 5-3 win over the Huntsmen and both goals in a 2-1 win over Team Maryland. Adams has been key for the 87’s this season tallying 23 points (12G, 11A) in 17 games. The 87’s have won three straight and hold a 13-5-3 record, as they sit in second place in the South Division behind the Bears. Next up, they take on the New York Apple Core on Wednesday at 12-noon at Brewster Ice Arena.

Eastern Hockey League Premier Stars presented by Hockey Night in Boston

New-England Division

Griffin Curran - New Hampshire Avalanche (F)

The EHLP is pleased to announce forward Griffin Curran from the New Hampshire Avalanche as the New England Division Star of the Week. The ’05 Walpole, MA native helped his team go 2-0-0 with three goals and two assists. Curran had two goals and two assists in an 8-3 win over the Bridgewater Bandits and had the game-winning goal in the third period in a 2-1 win against the Seahawks. The Avalanche have won three straight and look to keep it going when they host the Boston Jr. Rangers on Tuesday at 12-noon at the Ice Den Arena.

Boston Division

Daniel Rustgaard - Boston Jr Rangers (F)

The EHLP Boston Division Star of the Week for week 11/12 is forward Daniel Rustgaard from the Boston Jr. Rangers. The ’04 Asker, Norway native played a big role in his team’s 6-5 overtime win over the Express. Rustgaard had two goals and two assists in the victory. The Jr. Rangers continue to stay hot, currently holding an 18-3-2 record and their 38 points put them in a tie with Railers Jr. Hockey Club at the top of the Boston Division. They will next play the Avalanche on Tuesday at 12-noon.

Mid-Atlantic Division

Hunter Schirmer - Pennsylvania Huntsmen (F)

The Mid-Atlantic Division Star of the Week for the EHLP is forward Hunter Schirmer from the Pennsylvania Huntsmen. The ’05 native of Annapolis, MD helped his team go 2-0-0 with three goals in two games. Schirmer had two goals in a 4-3 win over the New Jersey Renegades and one goal in a 3-1 victory against the 87’s. He has 12 points (7G, 5A) in 19 games played this season. Next up, the Huntsmen host the Union Jr. Thunder in back-to-back games on Saturday and Sunday at Power Play Rinks.
