Felipe-Miguel Miron - New England Wolves (F)
The EHL is pleased to announce forward Felipe-Miguel Miron of the New England Wolves as the North Division Star of the Week. The ’06 native of Vaudreuil-Dorion, QUE had a big week tallying two goals and three assists in three wins for the Wolves. Miron had a goal and an assist in a huge 5-4 win over the New Hampshire Avalanche, a goal and an assist in a 6-1 win against the Seahawks and chipped in an assist in a 5-2 win over the Valley Jr. Warriors. Miron has been a key asset this season and has 18 points (5G, 13A) in 19 games played. The red-hot Wolves (14-5-0-0) will be back in action Thursday taking on the Jr. Warriors.

Ben Dias - Bridgewater Bandits (F)
The EHL is pleased to announce forward Ben Dias from the Bridgewater Bandits as the East Division Star of the Week. Dias, an ’06 native of Attleboro, MA had a solid week for his team with four goals and two assists in three games played. Dias scored a goal in a 6-5 overtime loss to the Boston Jr. Eagles, scored two second period goals in a 5-2 win against the Valley Jr. Warriors and contributed a goal and an assist in a 6-2 loss to the Seahawks. Dias continues his strong season with 17 points (11G, 6A) in 14 games played. The Bandits (5-7-2-0) next up will host the Express Hockey Club (11-1-0-2) Wednesday at noon.

Brayden Deschamps - Providence Capitals (F)
The Central Division Star of the Week for the EHL is forward Brayden Deschamps from the Providence Capitals. The ’04 native of Burrillville, RI had a key week tallying three goals and one assist in two games. Deschamps scored his fourth goal of the season in a 5-2 loss to the Express Hockey Club and followed that up with a three-point day (2G, 1A) in a 7-4 win over the Connecticut RoughRiders. In 17 games played so far this season, Deschamps has 12 points (6G, 6A). The Capitals (11-6-1-0) will return to action Saturday when they host the CT Nor’Easter (8-10-0-0) at 7:30 pm.

Ivan Kulagin - New Jersey 87's (F)
The South Division Star of the Week in the EHL is New Jersey 87’s forward Ivan Kulagin. Kulagin, an ’05 native of Vladimir, Russia had a big four-point game (2G, 2A) in a 6-0 shutout win over the Philadelphia Hockey Club. Kulagin also chipped in an assist in a 5-1 win over Philadelphia Hockey Club the previous day. In 16 games played so far for the 87’s, Kulagin has 16 points (7G, 9A). The 87’s (10-7-0-0) next up will take on the New York Apple Core Wednesday at 1pm.

Luc Cloutier - Valley Jr Warriors (F)
The EHLP is pleased to announce forward Luc Cloutier from the Valley Jr. Warriors as the North Division Star of the Week. The ’07 Montreal, QUE native tallied two goals and three assists in two games. Cloutier had two assists in a 4-2 win over the Bridgewater Bandits and the next day had a big game with two goals and an assist in a 9-4 win against the Bandits. Cloutier has been key on the forward line this season with 15 points (6G, 9A) in 14 games. The Jr. Warriors (9-4-1-0) next up will host the Adirondack Jr. Thunder (8-8-0-1) Saturday at 12:30pm.

Drareg Galang - CT Nor'Easter AAA Academy (G)
The EHLP East Division Star of the Week for week nine is goaltender Drareg Galang from CT Nor’Easter AAA Academy. The ’06 Montreal, QUE native had two big wins in net this week for his team. The first was a 5-3 win over the Seahawks Hockey Club where Galang allowed three goals and tallied 33 saves. The following day, he put on an outstanding performance in net in a 2-1 win over the Providence Capitals where he allowed just one goal and had 48 saves. Galang has been strong in net so far this season. In 5 starts, he is 4-1 with a 1.92 GAA. CT Nor’Easter AAA Academy (6-4-0-3) will be back in action Wednesday taking on the Providence Capitals (11-5-1-0) at 11:30am.

Elliott Hernandez - Union Jr Thunder (D)
The South Division Star of the Week for the EHLP is defenseman Elliott Hernandez from the Union Jr. Thunder. The ’07 native of Tampa Bay, FL had a big week for his team with two goals and four assists in three games played. Hernandez had two goals and an assist in a 5-3 win over the New Jersey 87’s, two assists in a 7-1 win over the Philly Little Flyers and one assist in a 2-1 win against the New Jersey Renegades. Hernandez has been heating up as of lately and has 10 points in 15 games played. The Union Jr. Thunder (8-8-0-1) will now be off until December 7 when they will take on the Renegades at 7:45pm.
