Philadelphia, PA – Jesse Shogan, a defenseman for the Philadelphia Hockey Club (PHC), has committed to Lebanon Valley College (LVC) for the fall of 2025.
An ’04 from Syosset, NY, Shogan has played 28 games this season, recordings four assists to his credit.
“PHC is pleased to announce the commitment of Jesse Shogan to LVC,” said PHC head coach and general manager Adam Bartholomay. “His hard work and dedication to the process over the last two seasons with PHC shows his commitment on and off the ice. Lebanon Valley College, located in Annville, PA, competes in the UCHC at the NCAA Division III level, led by head coach Don Parsons.
“We were very happy to hear of Jesse's commitment to Lebanon Valley College,” said Parsons. “He will undoubtedly make an immediate impact on our back end in all three zones, and better yet, he is a perfect fit for the culture we breed at LVC.”
Shogan expressed his excitement for the next chapter of his hockey journey.
“I’m excited and honored to be spending the next four years at Lebanon Valley College," said Shogan. "I want to give a huge thank you to all of my family, friends, and coaches who helped me get to where I am today. More specifically, I am very thankful for all the help and support Coach Bartholomay and Coach Matiskiel have given me over the past two years at the PHC organization. I am very excited to become a Dutchman and develop under Coach Parsons to further my academic and athletic career.”
