Veteran Defenseman to Join the Hawks in Fall of 2025

HOOKSETT, NH – Sebastian Rogles, a defenseman for the New Hampshire Avalanche, has committed to Saint Anselm College for the 2025-26 season.

An ’04 from Exeter, NH, Rogles has played in 79 games over two seasons, recording six goals and 19 assists for a total of 25 points.

“Sebastian has been a very good player and leader for us this season,” said Avalanche head coach and general manager Chris Cerrella. “He is a great young man and has worked hard both on the ice and in the classroom. I am very happy for him; he set a goal this season of finding the perfect fit for him academically and athletically. He is going to be a great fit at Saint Anselm, and I wish him the best of luck. I could not be more proud.”

Saint Anselm College, located in Manchester, NH, competes at the NCAA Division II level, led by head coach Larry Rocha. Rogles becomes the 35th player in EHL history to commit to the Hawks’ program, extending a streak of at least one EHL commitment to Saint Anselm in each of the past six seasons.

“I’d like to thank my teammates, my friends, and most importantly, my loving family,” said Rogles. “I’m so grateful for everyone who has helped me achieve this accomplishment in my life. I’m especially thankful for Coach Cerrella and my Avalanche teammates for everything they’ve done for me this season. The values I take away from this team and experience will guide me for the rest of my life. Go Hawks!”
