Wall Township, NJ – Aidan Elbrecht, a forward for the New Jersey 87’s (NJS), has committed to Framingham State University for the 2025-26 season.

An ’04 from New Hartford, NY, Elbrecht has played in 57 games over two seasons, 42 of which were with the 87’s, recording 5 goals and 13 assists for a total of 18 points.

“Aidan is a player who exemplifies trusting the process and his staff and believing in his ability to play at the next level,” said 87’s head coach Adam Houli. “When we made the move for Aidan, we envisioned the player he has become and really love watching him develop and blossom. He has worked extremely hard for this, and I am very happy that he has found himself a great spot to be. I could not be more excited for him.”

Framingham State University, located in Framingham, MA, competes at the NCAA Division III level under head coach Mike Bailey.

“I am very thrilled to play at the next level and even more excited to get started with Coach Bailey and FSU,” said Elbrecht. “I can’t thank my parents and coaches enough for believing in me, and I am very excited to continue growing and excelling with FSU.”
