Nine Players Honored Last Week

BOSTON, MA -- Alumni of the Eastern Hockey League (EHL) continue to shine, with nine more players claiming honors at the collegiate level.

Conference of New England (CNE)

Player of the Week: Ethan Lim, Wentworth Institute of Technology

The former EHL All-Star helped Wentworth split their home-and-home series with Endicott College last weekend, picking up an assist in the loss on Friday, and then scoring a hat-trick in the victory on Saturday. After posting seven points in 26 games during his freshman season, Lim has already surpassed that total this year, with 12 points in 19 total games to date.

Northeast-10 (NE-10)

Player of the Week: Garrett Alberti, Saint Anselm

The former Warrior has been named the Player of the Week for the 2nd straight week in the NE10. Alberti tallied five points in three games for Saint Anselm, including four goals, in a 2-1-0 week for the Hawks. He scored twice and had an assist in a 6-5 overtime loss to Keene State on Tuesday. In a weekend sweep of Post, Alberti scored the eventual game-winner in Friday's 4-2 win and netted the opening goal in Saturday's 3-1 win. He now has 12 goals and six assists for 18 points this season.

Goalie of the Week: Collin Berke, Southern New Hampshire

This marks the 3rd time this season that Berke has been named the Goalie of the Week in the NE-10. Berke made a combined 73 saves in the weekend split with Saint Michael's. He had a .948 save percentage and a 2.02 GAA in two games. Friday was his 10th consecutive win at home against an NE10 opponent. That string was snapped Saturday in the 4-2 loss to Saint Michael's.

Rookie of the Week: Conor Kelly, Saint Anselm

The former forward for the Avalanche scored twice in Friday's 4-2 win over Post, with both goals coming in the first period, to help Saint Anselm to a 2-1 week - including a weekend sweep of Post.

New England Hockey Conference (NEHC)

Goalie of the Week: Nathan Mueller, Babson College

The all-time leader in shutouts in the EHL finished with 29 saves in his only start last weekend to help Babson defeat Norwich, 2-1, on Friday night. He turned away the final 24 shots he faced after allowing a first-period goal, which included nine saves in the third period. Mueller finished with a .967 save percentage as the Beavers recorded their seventh one-goal victory of the season.

New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC)

Honorable Mention: Rory Andriole, Tufts University

The former Avalanche forward scored goals in both games during a weekend road trip to Middlebury and Williams. Both goals gave the Jumbos 2-1 leads in the middle of the second period against the Panthers and late in the second versus the Ephs. Andriole tripled his goal count for the season to three.

State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC)

Goalie of the Week: John Werber, SUNY Potsdam

Werber guided the Bears to a 1-0-1 SUNYAC weekend with a 0.92 goals-against-average and a .981 save percentage. He stopped a career-high 53 shots in a 1-1 draw with Oswego on Friday. On Saturday, Werber made 37 stops in a 2-1 win over Canton.
