All-Star Express Forward will Join Lancers in Fall

Walpole, MA – Hudson Perry, a forward for the Express Hockey Club (EHC), has committed to Worcester State University for the 2025-26 season.

The 04’ out of Nantucket, MA is an example of the Eastern Hockey League’s (EHL) ladder of development, climbing from Eastern Hockey League Premier (EHLP) to EHL and now to NCAA hockey. In his two full seasons at the EHL level, he has totaled 31 goals and 30 assists in 82 games. He represented the Express at the EHL All-Star College Series, tallying four points across two games.

“Huddy has been a three year guy for us at the Express,” Nic Cota, Express Head Coach, said. “Each season with us, he has been an impact player. I’m extremely honored to have been able to be around him for the past three years. His unmatched work ethic and love for the game of hockey will be greatly missed at the Express. Congratulations to Hudson and the Perry family on this next chapter at the NCAA level. I look forward to seeing his impact in year one at Worcester State.”

Perry will join teammate Myles Kidd at Worcester State. They are led by Head Coach Jay Punsky.

“Playing for the Express has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made,” Perry said. “The people and culture within the organization are second to none, and they have played a significant role in my development as a hockey player and a person. I am extremely excited about the opportunity to attend Worcester State University. The school’s strong academic and athletic programs made it an easy choice for me. I'm excited to see what the future holds for me at Worcester State.”
