Eagles All-Star Forward to Join Hawks in Fall

WELLESLEY, MA – Brady O'Connor, a forward for the Boston Jr Eagles (BJE), has committed to Roger Williams University for the 2025-2026 season.

An 04’ out of Woburn, MA, O’Connor selected the Eagles and the EHL for his age-out season. In 41 games, he registered seven goals and 22 assists. He also represented the Eagles on the Northeast All-Star Team.

“Brady O’Connor truly carried himself like a pro,” Eagles Head Coach Ian Moran said. “His commitment and willingness to work put him in line for success. He was a key guy for us as he took important defensive zone draws and usually had the toughest matchup. We were a few games above .500 before his season ending injury. After he left the lineup, we didn’t win another regular season game and were swept in the playoffs. If that doesn’t show how important he was for us, I don’t know does.”

O’Connor is amongst a double-digit class of EHL talent that will be joining the Hawks for their inaugural season in the NCAA for hockey.

“I’m very excited to continue my academic and athletic career at Roger Williams University,” O’Connor said. “I want to give a huge thank you to my parents and my family for supporting me through my career. I’d also like to thank Ian Moran, the Eagles organization, and Bando Performance for all the hard work they put in to push me to be the player I am today, as well as all my past coaches. I am excited to get started with Coach Hall and be apart of Roger Williams!”
