DEFENSIVE: Max Ross, Hartford Jr. Wolfpack
The 1994 birth year player from Arvada, Colo., helped the Wolfpack claim a pair of road victories over Wilkes-Barre by providing a physical presence on the blue line and a shutdown force ‘Pack’s defensive zone.
GOALTENDER: Evan Morelli, Northern Cyclones
The 1995 birth year player from Reading, Mass., ran his record to a perfect 8-0-0-0 by allowing only two goals while backstopping the Cyclones to a pair of victories. He stopped a total of 54 shots in two games for a save percentage of .964 and he is the only unbeaten goalie remaining in the EHL.
OFFENSIVE: Frankie Cefalu, Walpole Express
The 1995 birth year forward from Buffalo, N.Y., helped the Express gain a two-game road sweep of Applecore by chipping in four assists on the weekend. Cefalu, who leads the Express in scoring with 3 goals-12 assists-15 points, had a helper on Saturday’s game-winner as the Express crept over the .500 mark on the season.
