Eruzione, Wiesner, and Mikhasenok Named 3 Stars of the Week

This week, the EHL has selected Daniel Eruzione (Walpole Express), Matt Wiesner (Valley Jr. Warriors), and Pavel Mikhasenok (Philadelphia Little Flyers) as the recipients.

Daniel Eruzione

Eruzione and the Express won their only matchup of the weekend, extending their point streak to six games. The solid stretch for Walpole dates back to the Columbus Day Showcase, and they now find themselves in sole possession of 2nd place in the North Conference.

Eruzione's 3 points give him 15 total for the season, which is good for the 3rd most on his team, only trailing Eric Lipa (18) and Joe Hall (18).

Looking ahead to this weekend, the Express will face the Nighthawks, Wolfpack, and Applecore at the Veteran's Day Showcase in Simsbury, CT.

Matt Wiesner

Wiesner and the Warriors won 2 of their 3 games this past week, including a weekend sweep of the New England Wolves. The four points move them up to 5th place in the North Conference.

Weisner's 6 points make him the team leader in scoring, with a nice distribution of 10 goals and 10 assists. At the beginning of November Weisner also finds himself in 8th overall place in league scoring.

Looking ahead to this weekend, the Warriors will face the Rangers on Wednesday, and then the Little Flyers, Jr. Flyers, and Revolution at the Veteran's Day Showcase in Simsbury, CT.

Pavel Mikhasenok

Mikhasenok and the Little Flyers won all 3 of their games this weekend at the West Chester Mini-Showcase (Host - Philadelphia Jr. Flyers.). The Little Flyers outscored their opponents 18-4 and moved into 4th place in the South Conference

Mikhasenok's 6 points make him the team leader in scoring, with 22 points so far this season. At the beginning of November, Mikhasenok ranks 4th overall place in league scoring.

Looking ahead to this weekend, the Little Flyers will face the Warriors, Wizards, and Wolves at the Veteran's Day Showcase in Simsbury, CT.

PREMIER HONORABLE MENTION

For this week's honorable mention we highlight the top two teams in the South Conference, both of whom are rolling heading into this weekend's showcase.

The first-place Philadelphia Revolution have won 6 straight games, with 4 shutouts during that span. Cayden Primeau has led the way in net with his 0.60 GAA (3 shutouts). In 5 starts, Primeau has 5 wins, and has stopped 185 of the 188 shots that he has faced. The scoring leading is Chayse Primeau whose 21 points place him in a tie for 5th overall in the league.

Our other highlighted team this week is the Hartford Jr. Wolfpack, who are currently tied for 2nd with the Connecticut Oilers. The Wolfpack currently hold the tiebreaker, and knocked off the Oilers on Sunday 4-3. The Wolfpack are 10-2-0 so far this season, and are led by Machlan Sawden and Connor Bechtel, as each forward has 19 points. In net Kyle Carducci has stood tall with his 7-1-0 record and 2.92 GAA. Colin Valentine is another player to look out for as he now has 9 points in 12 games, including the GWG in Sunday's win over the Oilers. On defense, also keep an eye on Spencer Carter who had 4 points this weekend (4 assists) and now has 6 points in the last 4 games.
