Todd Jackson, a forward for the Connecticut Oilers, has committed to Norwich University for the Fall of 2016. Jackson is currently the CT Oilers all-time goal scoring leader in regular season play with 36 goals. This season Jackson has 15 goals and 10 assists for 25 points.
