WARMINSTER, PA -- Cayden Primeau a former goalie for the Philadelphia Revolution, has been named to the Team USA Hlinka Tournament Team. The Ivan Hlinka Memorial Cup is an annual event held each August for national under-18 teams from around the world, and this year's cup will include teams from Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, Russia, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland and the United States.
Team USA's first game will be Monday, August 8th against Finland (3:30pm ET).
The 2015-16 Goalie of the Year owned a a record of 18-7-0, to go along with a 2.16 GAA and 5 shutouts. The 16-year-old is prepping for the next step of his junior hockey career, as he heads to Nebraska this Fall to play for the Lincoln Stars (USHL).
