Oilers Defenseman Set to Join Monarchs in the Fall of 2017

NORWALK, CT -- Mitchell Foster, a defenseman for the Connecticut Oilers, has committed to King's College for the Fall of 2017. In his second season on the Oilers, Foster developed as a solid defensive player. Foster adapted well into his 6’6” frame, and now is a difficult player to navigate around on the ice.

“Mitch has demonstrated a focused and determined work ethic since coming to Connecticut,” said Oilers head coach Eric Lind. “He has put in the extra time daily to develop his skill set and will be a solid addition to King’s College next season.”

Foster is excited about helping kick-off the new program at King's this Fall, and will be joined by his teammate Thomas Green.
