Starting this Fall, a new two-tier system will take shape.
"The change comes from a few different viewpoints," said Neil Ravin, the EHL's Director of PR & Social Media. "We want to emphasize our top division, our college placement division, and the success our coaches have had when it comes to helping our players realize their dreams. We also want to push the USA Hockey Ladder of Development ,as more and more players continue to climb their way up from the EHL, to the NAHL, and the USHL. This off-season we will be launching a 2nd website [EHLP], along with other social media accounts, all in preparation for this upcoming season. This is year #5 for us, with many more seasons to come."
