CHICAGO, IL -- After trading for the 199th pick in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft, the Montreal Canadiens selected Cayden Primeau, an alumni of the Philadelphia Revolution. Primeau spent the 2015-16 season with the Revolution, and was named the EHL Goalie of the Year after registering a 1.86 GAA in 21 games.
This past year, Primeau stood between the pipes for the Lincoln Stars of the United States Hockey League (USHL), and the '99 netminder won 14 games while posting a 3.16 GAA.
The Eastern Hockey League would like to congratulate Cayden on being drafted, and we're looking forward to following him as he kicks off his collegiate hockey career at Northeastern University this Fall.
