Seahawks Captain Set to Join Lumberjacks this Fall

HYANNIS, MA -- Josh Repaal, a defenseman for the Total Athletics Seahawks, has committed to Northland College for the Fall of 2018. The '97 just finished his first season in the EHL, and notched 12 points in 45 games on the blue line.

"Josh is a big defenseman and has shown the ability all year to play lots of minutes and in all situations," said Seahawks head coach and general manager Bill Zaniboni. "A Captain of the first year program, Josh has done a nice job of leading the Seahawks to a successful season on and off the ice. Josh plays a hard, heavy game, and does the little things right to help the team."

When the native of Wisconsin arrives on the Northland campus, he will do so with the comfort of already knowing one of his teammates. Korey Muzzy also just finished his first season in the EHL, and made his commitment to join the Lumberjacks back in February. Repaal took some time to look back and give his thanks.

"I am proud to announce my commitment to continue my hockey career at Northland College," said Repaal. "I would like to thank my family for supporting me and helping my dream to play college hockey come true. I would also like to thank the entire Seahawks organization and most importantly Coach Bill Zaniboni for transforming me into the man I am today and readying me for the next level."
