Wolves Forward Set to Join Corsairs this Fall

LACONIA, NH -- Blake Harlow, a forward for the New England Wolves, has committed to UMass Dartmouth for the Fall of 2018. In his second season with the Wolves, the '98 from Pelham, AL notched 46 points in 51 games and was a 2017-18 Second Team All-Conference selection in the North Conference.

"Blake came into our program and embraced everything our community offers," said Wolves head coach and general manager Andrew Trimble. "He took college credits, he was active in volunteering, and he worked his way up from the EHLP to become a top scorer in the EHL. We wish him continued success at the next level. Coach Noack is getting a heck of a player."

As Trimble mentioned, Harlow worked his way up the ladder, as he spent the 2016-17 season primarily with the Wolves at the Eastern Hockey League Premier (EHLP) level. During that season, Harlow racked up 34 points in 35 total games, including a stellar nine points in four playoff games. The time spent in the EHLP truly helped Harlow develop, and played a key factor in the success he had this past season in the EHL. Harlow's five short-handed goals during the 2017-18 campaign ranked him 3rd in the league in that category, as he was a threat to score in all situations for the Wolves.
