Wolves Forward Set to Join Teammate this Fall

LACONIA, NH -- Matt Needleman, a forward for the New England Wolves, has committed to SUNY Canton for the Fall of 2018. In his first season in the EHL, the '98 from St. Albans, VT tallied 46 points in 52 total games for the Wolves.

"Matt is an explosive skater and was a key piece in our EHL team's resurgence," said Wolves head coach and general manager Andrew Trimble. "Canton is getting a very good student-athlete. We are proud of Matt's accomplishment and wish him a ton of success in New York!"

When Needleman arrives on the campus of SUNY Canton, he will do so with the comfort of already knowing one of his teammates. Roger Powers, a defenseman for the Wolves, made his commitment to join the Roos back in January. With three total EHL players heading to SUNY Canton this Fall, there are now over 10 players that have made this same decision since the league was formed back in 2013.
