NORWALK, CT -- Ryan Bonnvie, a goaltender for the Connecticut RoughRiders, has committed to the Wentworth Institute of Technology for the Fall of 2018. In his first and only season in the EHL, the '98 collected 11 wins to his name and owned a GAA of 2.84.
"This is a great opportunity for Ryan and we are excited for his jump to the college ranks this season," said RoughRiders head coach and general manager Eric Lind. "We will miss his presence with the team both on and off ice."
Bonnvie is now set to join a program that has always spent a lot of their time recruiting players from the EHL. In total, Bonnvie is the 15th player in league history to commit to join the Leopards, and the 93rd alum to choose a school in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC).
