Terriers Forward Set to Join Rams this Fall

CANTON, MA -- Phil Feinberg, a forward for the Boston Jr. Terriers, has committed to Suffolk University for the fall of 2024.

The '03 native of Needham, MA joined the Terriers in late October of this past year, and over the course of 36 total Eastern Hockey League (EHL) games, Feinberg tallied 40 points to his credit on 21 goals and 19 assists.

"Phil was a huge part of our team this season," said Terriers head coach and general manager Cody Gonyeau. "Not only was he able to capitalize on scoring chances, but he also helped our team’s chemistry by guiding our group into the right competitive factor for each game. We are lucky to have a player like Phil Feinberg be part of the Terriers' family. We are looking forward to seeing what he can do next year at the college level!"

Feinberg is one of three EHL players from the 2023-24 season that have chosen Suffolk for this upcoming fall. When the playmaking forward arrives on campus, he will team up with Perry Gaudreau from H.C. Rhode Island and Kyle Pelletier from the New Hampshire Avalanche.

"It has been a crazy ride and I have so many people to thank including my parents, brothers, coaches and teammates, but also to Coach McEachern for giving me the opportunity to continue my hockey career at Suffolk University," said Feinberg.
