Matchups Set for Premier Semi-Finals

BOSTON, MA -- We've reached the best part of the playoffs, with just 4 teams left standing the Premier Division. This year's Semi-Finalists include the Philadelphia Little Flyers, Philadelphia Jr. Flyers, New Hampshire Jr. Monarchs, and New Jersey Rockets.

Starting in Aston, Pennsylvania the Little Flyers and Rockets face-off in Semi-Final #1. Philadelphia finished the regular season with a record of 39-4-5, while New Jersey's season ended with their record at 26-20-2. The Mid-Atlantic Division rivals faced-off 5 times during the regular season, with Little Flyers winning the first 2 contests and the Rockets prevailing in the previous 3 matchups. A total of 4 of the 5 games were decided by two goals or less.

Heading up the road to West Chester, Pennsylvania, and our 2nd Semi-Finals matchup between the Jr. Flyers and Monarchs. Philadelphia and New Hampshire only battled each other twice during the regular season, with both matchups taking place during showcase play. The Monarchs won the 1st contest 3-2 in October, and then the Jr. Flyers turned the tables with a 4-0 shutout in December.
