BOSTON, MA -- We turn the page to another jam-packed week in the Eastern Hockey League (EHL). The upcoming schedule features all 18 EHL teams in action, with many intriguing matchups across the league. Every point is critical this week, both in terms of making the EHL Playoffs, and then securing the home ice advantage.

Vermont Lumberjacks vs. Boston Jr. Rangers
2/16/19 at 4:40pm - Breakaway Ice Center
The Rangers and Lumberjacks hit the ice for their third matchup of the 2018-19 regular season. Earlier this year, these two teams split their pair of games up in Vermont. The back end of this two-game set is scheduled for Sunday the 17th at 1:40pm, and we'll find out soon if these rivals are destined to meet in the First Round of the postseason.

BOSTON, MA -- Down the stretch we go, with another jam-packed week in the Eastern Hockey League (EHL). Starting today at 12:30pm, the EHL once again features at least one matchup per day through Monday, and 22 total games on the schedule. By this time next week, there's a possibility that three of the four First Round byes will be officially clinched.

East Coast Wizards vs. Philadelphia Little Flyers
2/7/19 at 4:30pm - IceWorks Skating Complex
The Wizards and Little Flyers hit the ice for the second and final time during the regular season. In the first meeting, that also took place in Pennsylvania, the Little Flyers erased a three-goal deficit in the 3rd period as they battled their way back for a huge 5-4 victory. The Wizards are out for revenge this time around, in what could be a preview for a matchup that we see again at the EHL Frozen Finals.

TEWKSBURY, MA -- Next Saturday, February 9th, the Boston Jr. Rangers will play host to the New Hampshire Avalanche in an 8:10pm matchup at the Breakaway Ice Center. In addition to some great hockey, the game will serve as a benefit to raise vital funds for the thousands of disabled veterans served annually by Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, Inc. (PHWFF) programs.
Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, Inc. is dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active military service personnel and disabled veterans through fly fishing and associated activities including education and outings. PHWFF has become recognized as an innovative leader and model in the field of therapeutic outdoor recreation for the disabled, through its successful application of the sport of fly fishing as a rehabilitation tool.
